Delivery times

Dubai: 1–2 working days.

All other Emirates: 2–4 working days.

Orders placed after 4pm GST are dispatched the next working day. Friday is a non-dispatch day.

Delivery charges

Free UAE delivery is available on qualifying orders; the exact threshold and any standard fee are shown at checkout before you pay.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Shopify Payments.

Returns

Unopened items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons we can't accept opened skincare unless the item is faulty or damaged in transit.

To start a return, email care@medicube.ae with your order number and a photo if the item arrived damaged. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received.

Damaged or wrong items

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
