What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, email address, phone number, delivery address and order details. Payment details are handled by Shopify's payment providers — we never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

To process and deliver your order, to answer your questions, to handle returns, and — if you opt in — to send occasional emails about new products and offers. You can unsubscribe from any email.

Who we share it with

Shopify, which runs our store and checkout, and the courier delivering your order. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and advertising measurement

We use cookies that are necessary for the shop and cart to work. To measure our advertising and improve our ads, we may use Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel and Conversions API, TikTok Pixel, Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads. These receive pages viewed, products viewed, items added to the bag, checkouts started and purchases (product IDs, names, prices, quantities and currency), plus device and browser information and cookie identifiers. We do not send your name, email or phone number to these platforms.

Visitors from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland (or whose location can't be determined) see a cookie banner, and analytics or advertising cookies are only used if they accept. Everyone can accept, reject or change analytics and advertising choices separately at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer; we keep a record of your choice, when you made it and the notice version shown. You can also opt out via each platform's ad settings.

Your rights

Email care@medicube.ae to request a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete it.
